The stylistic inspiration behind the Sous Chef collection dates back to 1997, when Ettore Sottsass designed the Bellavista line for the company, characterized by elegant vertical grooves that introduced movement and visual rhythm to the objects. Over time, this graphic feature has become a distinctive element of Guzzini’s design language, reinterpreted across various tableware collections. Today, that idea takes on a new form in the Sous Chef small appliances. The ribbed movement running along the body creates a soft and fluid texture, in line with the latest kitchen design trends. With this collection, Guzzini renews the dialogue between design tradition and a contemporary vision.

In the 2000s, this forward-looking vision continued with G-PLUS and G-STYLE, lines that raised the bar even further thanks to a strong focus on functional and aesthetic innovation.
Today we take a new step forward with Sous Chef: the first collection of small household appliances made from an innovative bio-based material of non-fossil and renewable origin.
